2024 brings an exclusive novelty to Kukua: Roman pinsa, a superior quality product known for its exceptional digestibility. Contrary to what many people think, pinsa is not simply a variant of pizza but its ancestor, with a special dough based on wheat, rice flour and soy, enriched with a high percentage of water and mother yeast, which makes it incredibly crumbly.
